This tower has a better retail podium than almost all other new condo podiums, which seem to just be a flat wall of glass. Say what you want about this building but its podium does have a nice contrast of colours and textures. It brings a big city vibe to Gerrard and Yonge. I also like the larger sidewalk (and trees) along its base. Of course, none of this excuses the retail portion in the basement or the terrible connection to Collage Park but I guess you have to take the good with the bad.
