Stunning southern city and lake views! I`d want to work from home and have my office with that view from your last pic you posted...but I don`t think that I`d get any work done haha :p

Thanks a ton for posting them ;)

Are you kidding me???? The Fridge door opens the wrong way. Who designs this crap?... A man who has never cooked in a kitchen before.

It's odd seeing sprinkler heads in a condo apartment. With a building that size I wonder how long it will take before a defective one drops and floods a dozen floors or some drunk student sets one off? We just went through it in my building in the rec. centre on the top floor two weeks ago, we got flooded from top to bottom and it took out all four elevators - during the elevator technicians strike.

I have a sprinkler head in my condo, tho it's a moderately older building (c1980's). I don't really understand it because it's sort of in the middle of the unit, but it must be controlled remotely because I've set off the smoke alarm many times without tripping the sprinkler, and I've even bumped it once or twice accidentally

I thought Aura was the first residential building in Toronto to have sprinklers, is your building a conversion by chance? I think sprinklers need heat to set them off, or tampering (vandalism).

Huh? All new buildings have sprinklers in the units. When I lived in Boutique there was a sprinkler in the kitchen. Can't remember if there were others. This is because of a new law from like 10 years ago or something like that.

The unit likely hasn't gone through quality control yet to list the deficiencies. It's a fridge door; it's simple to change the way it opens. No need to tear the whole building down, although some of you would like that haha :p

hard to believe that this has risen only 11 floors in 2013.

I see it every day, a lot of time was lost from about January to April due to weather and winds.

OK, I was sure I read that Aura boasted about being the first condo highrise to incorporate sprinkler systems in the suites. Obviously I'm wrong.
