waterproofing any concrete structure such as what we have here requires tar based materials, then fused together with heat, aka fire and it caught fire - happens occasionally.

^That makes perfect sense. I believe fires often break out during industrial warehouse type construction also when they use a metal roof decking, then tar, then gravel.

Yeah, looks like it is pretty common since same thing happened today at a new warehouse there building across from my work. They attacked it quick so the fire wasn't huge and by time I took pic there was barely any black smoke left
