Actually I think it was covered so that it did not cure too fast in the heat - they were hosing the fabric down too.

I am happy to hear that! I thought maybe the city cheaped out and went from curves to flat edges.

I'm talking about the concrete foundation not the stone surface of the fountain itself. The foundation isn't round. The fountain is.

Actually the cat has been on site for several weeks and it is the ONLY cat. The dogs are 'on the way' (dogs are always late, except at dinner time!)

Update from today. The new light standards look terrific. So does the cat.
