I randomly visited Centennial Park late on Saturday afternoon and there was a lineup of cars trying to park at certain lots. I was furious.

Now, here's my question. Is it bad, because there's been sensational demand the last day or two? Or is it bad, because staff have not be doing routine movement of bikes from downtown back up to midtown?

Noticed similar in the same area a few weeks back:
I'm partially responsible. I occasionally grab a bike from around Yonge and Lawrence to ride home. Rarely do I take a bike (e-bike, specifically) to get up there.
