Do we know the height of this building in feet? I'm across the street and my neighbour is sad to see his view of the park be covered our building is 10 stories with 10ft lofts and a 12 ft penthouse. Brant Park looks like it'll be 9ft ceilings. Doesn't that mean that it'll be shorter than Lofts 399?
Good question. I looked it up and have added the figure to the dataBase page. The Brant Park will be 116 feet tall.

If you are a fan of Brant Park lookout for a copy and paste design over into the King East but with a 24 story height.
