Compared to the long slow start for this project, construction really seems to be moving now.
Looking back, this thread started in August, 2010. After Concert's acquiring the site, excavation started in December 2021 - it took two years to go down and back up, to the point where construction reached what appears to be the start of typical floors in mid-December 2023. Since the end of the year to now, looks like 17 or 18 floors have been formed - would work out to be around one floor per week. Flying....
