That's because this building is boring. The only thing that's interesting about this building, is the mohawk, on top.
 
Why do people take it personally when someone expresses an OPINION? Isn't that the point of this forum or do we always need to like everything?
In any event, I'll second the comment - it is boring other than its height.
 
I don't think boring is the right word. It is, however, very much characteristic of aA design. Even an architectural rank amateur like myself can easily recognize it for what it is. What it is, however, is far from all bad. Like most buildings from that firm, its massing is very attractive, IMO. It is also likely that there will be careful attention to detail as construction moves along. But there are now a lot of buildings in the city with those aA characteristics. I like the aA brand but I can see why some would feel the type is getting a little repetitive.

I want to see what the set of three Casas will look like as an ensemble.
