Here is a construction schedule posted on PlanIt yesterday:

Can a mod please update the thread title to reflect the development name and height?

^note that the schedule is for the visitor parking block north of this development, which will service visitor parking for this project and (I believe) the two northern Expo City blocks.

Correct, it's a separate parking garage with a park at grade (above it)

Wow, is this suggested furniture layout a joke?... Quite possibly the worst use of 531 sq ft I've ever seen so far.

There isn’t any place to have a living room or somewhere to eat. And 531 isn’t grossly tiny by downtown standards. Yikes. ?

Eat in your La-Z-Boy while watching TV over the noise of the dryer humming two feet away!

Or on the crapper, with the door open, watching the planes begin their descent into Pearson!

The rest of the floorplans are here. Just brace yourselves before you open the file
I'm going to have to disagree. While a lot of the 1 beds are rather tight, there are a lot of great units in that package too. Some beautiful 1+den wide shallow units that would be filled with light and have lots of space.

Also, mods, this is 188.99m according to the documents on PlanIt. This makes it the tallest in VMC, though only by a few metres (I believe Transit City 3 is in the low 180's). Can we have the thread title updated?
