If you're going to buy every individual condo and demolish the building on top of paying for the land and building something larger you may as well just build a "Hudson Yards" like development over the rail lines behind iti hope in the next 10-15 years someone can buy those high-rises and buildings and build something much better.
edit: i dont mind even if Pinnacle decides to rebuild those as long as quality is better or atleast as good as One Yonge.
That would probably take 75 years to make economic sense. If you're going to buy every individual condo and demolish the building on top of paying for the land and building something larger you may as well just build a "Hudson Yards" like development over the rail lines behind it
They are condos built by Pinnacle.Pinnacle owns 4-5 of those buildings? No?
Is the crown that bright or is it looking bright because of long exposure or something?
Almost certainly a case of the dynamic range being too much for the camera. Is the crown that bright or is it looking bright because of long exposure or something?
Probably combination of camera struggling and tuning yet to be done. I'd like to see it fade towards the top rather than glowing like a big sugar cube.Is the crown that bright or is it looking bright because of long exposure or something?
