First time I've actually been able to make out the Maple Leafe on this project in this video via Johnny Strides. (at the 16:37 mark) I actually think this project looks okay on the south side, it's the north side that reminds me of typical Concord Adex crap.

It just sucks because it is one of the tallest buildings in the city and has absolutely no imagination to it. It's like the headquarters of the bad guy and a bad film. All ego and no imagination

I don't mind it, but that's only because the materiality is very slightly better than other phases of Concrd CityPlace, and the design is okay. Not amazing, just uninteresting. It's problematic because for such a massive building complex, it reads as filler, like a background set for a video game or movie, despite being some of the tallest towers in the city, and the "landmark" of the neighbourhood.
