This is an insane amount of density about to occupy and begin to impact local retail and services.

Just think about how many residents here may use Bikeshare daily on an already over-strained part of the system!

The maple leaf motif (if you still are calling it that:) would've looked way way better if they had etched/printed it on the glass panels, like at the recently finished Seasons and Saisons at Concord Park Place.
 
Few week ago, Concord sent me an email that occupancy date is March 2025.
But, they sent another email the PDI is November 22,2025.

I am sure why it is so apart between PDI date and Occupancy Date.

Anyone know ?

which tower is yours, east or west? and lower or upper? Occupancy might be different in the same tower I guess.
 
I imagine that occupancy starts at in December. Don’t forget that this project has 1400 units which will take a while to move-in.
