There's a little sewing circle in Chicago that uses a similar super-tall height (300.2 metres). ;)

Could someone please confirm if we've gone back to the "curtain-walled" KPF proposal, or are we sticking with the balcony version that's illustrated on the construction hoarding?

@innsertnamehere is correct above. Here are some screenshots from the most recent elevations drawings from Dec 2023.

The West is going to be mainly curtainwall as it does not have balconies.
The East and South will have window walls for the sections that have balconies and curtainwall for all other sections.
The North is going to have only window wall as it has balconies all the way through.

Hope this helps! And hope Concord don't change this in any future iterations of the design!
 
...that's pretty much the KPF proposal-that-was. To which I had speculated would be likely cheaper to build than the balcony mess Concord where proposing when they first took over this. So saved by the VE bell I guess.

Edit: It also looks like KPF have also gotten back into the driver's seat from the DB header.
