Wow, this is my first post on this thread (considering I have had multiple posts in the thread for neighbouring 8 Elm), and the first post here since October 5, considering this project's size.

Was thinking the same thing. The south side could be quite the eyesore if it is covered in ugly spandrel as I'm sure it will be. A mural would be great there.
