I like One Park Place in Regent Park. That one really took me by surprise.

The two tone brick in the renders looked okay to me. Seems like the majority will be red anyways.

Update:

Structural forming is nearing completion at Daniels Waterfront - City of the Arts' 130 QQE commercial component, as the installation of cladding continues to add to the RAW architects and designers and Rafael & Bigauskas-designed building's look.

Daniels is a developer that actually gives a damn about leaving the city with a good product.
