Like by January of ‘25, as for the 2nd one all they have is a footprint. It took acouple years to build the first one… so?? If it takes as long the second one will be done in 2027. They’ve begun to do a bit on it though.
 
I don’t know if they’re building tower 2 right now, but tower 1 is done on the outside and now that it’s cold they’ll probably be working on its inside for winter, thsn tower 2 in spring. So I most likely won’t have much updates for the next couple of months.
