The swirly terracotta is true to the original building, though executed so poorly I wish they hadn't bothered. Those precast lintels are frightful.

The original building was screaming for something smaller and more tasteful like the Broadview hotel. This is a travesty.
 
Ironic how U of T's Faculty of Architecture is being abutted by some of the worst architecture in the city.

Easy case study. Just look out the window.
