This is looking good. (awaiting urban_dreamer's comment on lack paint on underside of balconies)

Well, given the staggered and protruding balconies, it would've been a good idea to paint.

I think the raw concrete looks good though. Since the balconies are so huge, if they painted it, they will surely stick out even more. At least there's sort of a natural feel to it.

And on top of it, they'll have to maintain it if they are painted. We all know how ugly painted balconies get after a few years of Canadian weather wear.
