Nice to have this one finally start. Hopefully, there will be lots of retail in this building.

It's amazing how fast Liberty Village is going up. It won't be long before they run out of land to develop. The streets should become a lot busier, once all the major buildings are finished. Hopefully, lots of nice retail and amenities will follow.

That's true about how fast Liberty Village is going up… but there's already lots of retail and amenities there, although there will be more to come no doubt. Just one thing: what's any of that have to do with DNA3? This is King West, not Liberty.

That photo really puts in perspective how large this project is going to be. I'm looking forward to having this part of the street wall finally complete.

In terms of future growth, there should be more development opportunities on the south side of Wellington, east of Stafford.

+1

I agree, this area would be well served with more retail. While Liberty village is close, it is quite closed off from this section of King.

On a somewhat related note, does anyone know what is planned for the small parcel of land just South West of DNA 3? There's a small parcel on King (south side) at th e foot of Sudbury, just west of Duoro.
