Behind King Street, with a view across downtown, looking south-east.
From left to right:
-Diamond and Schmitt - 345 King Street West
-WZMH - 119 King Street West
-KPMB - Kitchener City Hall
-SRM - Young Condos, DTK Condos, 24 Gaukel Street Condos. I think it's safe to say we have more than enough SRM downtown. But, lo! Their TEK project is going up just to the left of this picture.

@Edward Skira not sure if you have the confirmation you were looking for but yes, this is complete and has been occupied for at least a year I think.

@Paclo not sure how helpful this is for UT database purposes or end-of-the-year feature articles, but there are lots of photos now that this is complete on various realtor listings. Here's a selection:

These are great photos @jta5 , but unfortunately we can't use realtor screenshots for the Year-End-Poll!

Thought this might interest some people. This is from 06/27/2024. Taken along Groh Ave (Cambridge). DTK can be seen poking over the trees from here on clear days. The shrubbery in the immediate foreground is growing on the fence around the (approved) 410 Queen property, so the views from these units of downtown Kitchener should be pretty impressive (especially once some of the 40 & 50+ storey buildings are up).

Here's a 1x zoom photo. A lot less visible, but it's not hard to spot in-person.

I love to see the KWC skyline growing taller with all of these new buildings, and I can't wait to see other tall ones like TEK and the tall towers in the Station Park complex eclipse DTK's height. I have recently been becoming more familiar with the region as some work trips have required me to head up this way from London. What I have noticed is that this tower (and some other tall towers in the skyline) are actually visible all the way from HWY 401 (westbound between Franklin Boulevard and Hespeler Road), which I don't know if I noticed before. I think the reconstruction work helped with this, as the highway now appears to be graded significantly higher than it was previously. I have noticed that you can also get a pretty decent view of the skyline on HWY 7 westbound around Greenhouse Road.
