Yorkdales sales per square foot are extremely skewed.
Louis Vuitton or Chanel is selling a $10,000 bag meanwhile Zara is selling a $19 tank top in the same size of space. I feel like there is so many window shoppers at Yorkdale.
I doubt mid range retailers sales per square foot are the same as Holts or Louis Vuitton stores.
