I still sort of wish that Hudson's Bay would vacate their "Centre" at Yonge & Bloor and chop it up for other uses, including a Simons.

If Winner's didn't have College Park, that could have been another possibility.

I can see them vacating the Hudsons Bay Centre at some point. The store is antiquated and falling apart. It is the sort of that screams downsizing simply due to the layout and lack of proper upgrades.
 
Scotch and Soda will be moving to the space previously occupied by the Men's section of Le Chateau on Level 2, beside Aldo Accessories.

Hallmark Cards down the hall will be closing as of January 27th.
 
Indigo is still an option for cards. Otherwise, yea the sustainability of card shops has declined due to alternatives and also by going digital.
 
I rarely buy cards, but when I do, I usually go to independent shops that have more artistic and quirky selections to chose from. That said, the Hallmark store at Eaton Centre was useful on occasion.
