It's to show the inter-car connections. Make sure that no one is riding in there.what is this grey box with screen for?
Put a LRT pictogram sticker over the 3 and a 7 sticker over the LRT pictogram. Of course, it’ll look cheap and won’t light up, but you won’t have to redo the sign!Wouldn't they need to redo the whole sign since Eglinton East should be represented by LRT train rather than subway train?
If it’s taken them 3 months to knock off 35 deficiencies at this rate they will complete the job in 12-15 months (assuming linear progress). The full progress update deck shown to the media last week is available here:

I would be interested in the fix too. The before and after pictures cause more concern than reassurance. It doesn't take any effort to hang a drop ceiling on a poorly constructed/supported roof to make it look nice. I assume it was done properly, but "hey look at the pretty covering" is so simplistic it is scary.^Page 6, Item 7 is labelled "Site of defect on underside of 1950's TTC Box" and then Page 9 shows a picture - is this one and the same issue?
New deficiencies are also found during the inspection process. The progress in the queue will speed up once you're finished looking for problems. Though some deficiencies could be much harder to solve. If it’s taken them 3 months to knock off 35 deficiencies at this rate they will complete the job in 12-15 months (assuming linear progress).
I feel like they should have put the general Presto fare vending machine under the/a canopy.Dec 6

There's a nice dry spot here.looks very wet under the canopies lol... what is this grey box with screen for?
With the introduction of open payments, I think that's largely unnecessary. Although concession fares don't work with interac/credit card tapI feel like they should have put the general Presto fare vending machine under the/a canopy.
I was trying my best to be optimistic. lolNew deficiencies are also found during the inspection process. The progress in the queue will speed up once you're finished looking for problems. Though some deficiencies could be much harder to solve.
Presentation says early 2024. This construction notice puts it until late January 2024.Do we think as a Christmas present we can get Yonge and Eglinton back?
