A lot of work has taken place since my last visit that all the townhouse are near completion and should be in the next few years.

Tower 2 is a few floors ahead of 3 and both should be top off by the end of a year and a lot sooner than was stated last year.

Some back filling taking place on the inside area.

Taken today. Seems all the town homes to the South of this site are vacated and primed for demolition as hoarding is going up.

With the acceleration construction of tower 3, buyer will be allow to move in 3-4 months sooner in 2014 or wait until schedule time frame.

This acceleration of construction will allow the next phase to the south to be market sooner than the current 2015 plan. It will be built in 6 phases with different names for each tower.
