Nice looking balcony glass, but it really extends a bit too far below the concrete, at least on this first floor. The test panels higher up the building don't seem as bad, but I dunno about that much glass showing from one's upstairs neighbor's balcony and, as a result, cutting down on one's views from inside. Looks nice from the exterior so far though.
