As noted earlier, it is to protect the folks doing the archaeological investigation and would seem, to me anyway, to indicate they have found more than they expected and are moving (have moved?) to a Stage 4 investigation.

Since it's so nice out today, I took a detour on my trip to the Market, just for you
You can't really see into the tent. It covers the south end of the car wash building and a big chunk of the parking lot. There's an excavator in there digging, but that's all I could see.Attachments
