Super exciting, thanks for posting. Lifting out a few screenshots from one of those new supporting docs so we can again see how wonderful this all is:

I think the facade materials are really going to make or break this one.

Yeah, at the very least, I'm super interested to see how they manage the wave-like effect on the less wavy of the two buildings...

I really want to see that "waterfall" feature when its finished. I like the variety of texture on a single building.

I like how each tower now stands out on its own but still mixes nice with its neighbouring towers. Curious, would there be four cores then?

I really like the latest iteration of the towers - though I'm hoping they'll do more to address the podium in the next round of drawings. It'd be awesome if they could bring back a little of that cloud language that the original proposal had. Also: any idea when this is heading to the DRP?

I was under the impression they just needed site plan approvals and they can launch into sales whenever. I suspect once this gets started it was move quickly. Maybe that's wishful thinking.

Most projects go through the DRP twice from what I remember - once at the early stages, and once around SPA. This project has a long way to go before it's settled in stone. I mean - the whole purpose of a site plan application is to get approvals for site conditions (height / setbacks / etc.).
