The crane is very prominent now when walking north up Yonge from College on the east side of the street. It's interesting to see how the tower will sit in relation to the other towers in the area
 
^It's the wooden hoarding that covers the top three or so floors of any skyscraper under construction to protect the workers inside from the outside elements, namely the weather.

The first of many highrises in the area, imo--yep, tons of under 20s pos towers could come down for large towers.:D

I think it makes the picture look cool...
not often you get a picture of a tower disappearing into the fog...
 
Jeez, FCP looks like it's been photoshopped.

Interesting to see how much more of an impact this has from the north. You can still barely tell this thing is going up from the south

I KNOW!!!! Its insane! it looks JUST LIKE THE RENDERS!!! WOW! gonna be weird gettin used to it! but i love it.
BTW: FS will be taller than the CN tower (at least from this angle! :D)

EDIT: weird how beige/stained uptown looks in that shot.... (like the original renders). post it on the uptown thread!
