I only ever hear out of touch bureucrats and the media use the term "world class". I never hear anyone else say it.

Besides, I've seen the term used to describe cities all over the globe.

When that day that finally comes, Torontonians can stop everything, pull our lawn chairs out into the streets, and bask in the glorious smell of sewage while watching people trip over ashphault patches on the sidewalks.

LMAO. I had to laugh at this.

I'm sure you meant 'That video is world-class, what a world-class event!'

Heh heh, yeah, you're right, my bad. It was definitely a world-class groundbreaking. The way those acrobats descended from the sky to hand them the shovels was particularly world-class.

^Lol!

This is the first image of the new Four Seasons I've seen that truly portrays just how tall this project will be. I can easily see myself at that corner, standing with my jaw agape and staring up at this building like a tourist.

(Of course, by the time this one is completed, other giants will be in the vicinity as well, starting with an even taller 1BE just one block to my right.)
