In a way too Toronto, should've been expected way, the anchor tenant is.... drumroll....
A BMO branch.
BMO Blue branding has gone up on the windows of the corner retail unit along Dupont and the new 'diagonal' street. Confirmed by contractors inside.

BMO Bank of Montreal is now overtaking TD Canada Trust as Canada's popular financial institutions, CIBC is 2nd. The new bank will be close to the well known TD bank still in the older Galleria mall facade. My home TD bank is there.

Reading back my comment, I wasn't clear on what I was annoyed with!
I have 0 against BMO, I just wish the biggest and most prominent retail unit in this development was for something a little more exciting than a bank (ie. Restaurant or cafe).
