Galleria On The Park – Affordable Rental Portal

Welcome to the affordable rental component of Galleria On The Park, in partnership with the City of Toronto.
Galleria on the Park is pleased to introduce 150 affordable rental suites located at 1283 Dupont Street. 135 affordable rental suites with a range of unit types and floorplans are available through this registration portal. 15 suites are allocated to a local non-profit agency addressing specific demographic needs. The affordable rental suites are located within the first phase of the Galleria on the Park master-planned community in buildings 1 and 2.
DEADLINE FOR REGISTRATION - APRIL 30TH, 2024 AT 8:00PM EST.

Informative article on retail component. Grocery store on Dufferin, several big chains but also local food/beverage folks as well. And room for an arts school as there are a lot of families in area. (Pia Bouman?)
