I have mixed emotions about the overall master project. There’s nothing yet to evaluate regarding the quality of the cladding on Galleria III, but the renderings look promising and generally the building claim to be the top-tier quality (at least I think so). On the other hand, Galleria I and II are typical bottom-tier quality, with cheap design and materials. Am I overestimating Galleria III? (Or underestimating I and II?)
