Seeing that taller tower to the west (I forget what project this is) in Koops' zoom-in video was surprising — I didn't realize it was so much taller than the others proposed in the area. We really don't see many skylines with varied heights like that in tabletop city.

I really like how all the forms are playing together here, even if the details are clumsy. I keep being struck by these towers as I'm around the city from angles I don't expect to see them from. These are going to make a big dramatic impact and like much in the city at the very least will probably look pretty sick at night.

This strikes me as the epitome of "it needs to be completed before we judge it"; the big question here is whether HPA can, through the detailing, save the project from the intense VEing Cityzen foisted upon a perfectly adequate design.

Cityzen is really hit or miss. Backstage on Esplanade is striking due to the materials used, while the L Tower leaves a lot to be desired due to the very same reasons, so who knows which category this one is going to fall under.

I think HPA is going to pull this one together to something coherent. It's not going to be the best looking tower in town, but it will likely be the best residential building in LV - not that it means much compared to its competition.

I will say im a little concerned at how well all these white panels are going to age. With all the construction happening around plus exposure to the elements I dont see them staying white very long..
