So many new housing units coming online in the next year or two in that photo - I count almost 3,000 including Garrison Point, Novus, 45 Strachan, ZEN King West and Minto Westside.

^Which will make Liberty Village an even bigger zoo than it already is. If residents there thought conditions were already horrid, they should wait until all their new neighbors move in.

Thought I had noticed a shallow angle there.
Should look pretty close to the renders then - apart from a flat rather than angled top.
 
I see it's almost topped off. (~4 floors away from it I think?)
The duration of delay until interim occupancy would be still another question.
