Gibson is going full speed with three cranes, I think they are working on P2-P3 levels:

When you drive by all you can see is the cranes, but soon we will see more.

Looks like both Gibson Square and Hullmark Centre are progressing really well! The Emerald Park is lagging behind a bit; I hope they will catch up soon.
