Lovely sight-lines!

This whole corridor on Queensway needs to be developed.

The Queensway doesn't get much development to begin with, so I find it disappointing that the towers are being built on an industrial side street next to a highway, instead of on the Queensway itself. This will do little to improve the area as a result.

The first pair of towers are on The Queensway, with the second pair being built just south of them now. Then there'll be a park south of that, then the furthest south portion of the site near the Gardiner will be the home of the tallest condos.

EDIT: Developers can only build on land that they own. Sobeys's is looking at building a new store to the east of this site, there's a new proposal on the west side of Zorra Street, and Kipling Queensway Mall (where the Sobey's currently is), is a likely candidate for full redevelopment when the Gardiner/Kipling interchange is rebuilt. The whole area will likely be made over, bit by bit. Everything takes time.
