Is it 24th floor or 28th. As per jan10 pictures , it was 23 floors , with snow etc, 5 floors cant be built in 15 days.

I passed by (not when I snapped these pictures obviously) and went by the numbers they posted on the floors on the east side (facing the park). The highest number is 26 I think, then there’s the floor above obscured by forms and protective sheets (tarps?) on the east side, so that must be 27. The elevator core rises above that, so that’s 28. I can’t tell if they’ve poured the 28th floor, maybe someone with a better vantage point can confirm that?
