Oh wow, that purple is unexpected. Is that just a trick of the light, or are the panels actually that colour??

I read the same colour in posts from different posters, from different dates on both the north and south elevations.

So I think the colour is 'real' though how intensely it reads may vary w/light levels.

I was honestly shocked at how pink these panels were looking in person. A pleasant surprise.

Splashes of colour are always a pleasant surprise in Toronto. However, some coordination would be nice. I don't think this shade of pink/purple goes well with the light grey spandrels. White/off-white would better complement the pink accents.
 
From today. I could've deleted the third image, but it illustrates some of the difficulty in phoographing these coloured panels on cloudy days, particularly with a grey background behind them.

It's interesting how light refracts on these panels. They look greyish from a distance (a block away, or even less than a block away as shown in the above pictures). But as you approach the tower they look more and more purple/pink.
