Touring around the Key West site earlier today. The onsite presentation centre in now open.
In that longshot there's one more tower to come between Key West and South Beach to the north, and one more—Westlake Encore—to the south between Key West and Westlake 1, 2, and 3.

Excellent composition! Thanks for uploading this photo. I would love to have someone with knowledge of lenses and optics explain that off centre circle and bright point, with respect to the location of the sun in the photo.

I believe it is called lens flare and is related to light refracting through the lens.

And to answer 67cup's question - I'm not an expert photographer, I actually took that picture using my iPhone 6+. I guess it has a pretty good camera on it!
