Both 662 King West and 668 King West are "Listed Properties" under Toronto Heritage Properties Inventory, it would be interested to see how Allied's plan in developing this corner.

It's common nowadays to keep the heritage and build over top ..i could see some future office space coming to that corner
 
Allied has colonized this strip between Spadina and Bathurst / King Street and with a larger foot print connecting a bit south - The Well.
 
Rumour of a settlement on this one with the City but do not have the details. Anyone know more?

Typically it's the main roof hight quoted for Council purposes, which may be 58 metres, the mechanical box (which we count in total height) popping out above that.
