You do realise that it is not yet finished? It is not a masterpiece but when seen from the street is actually not too bad, so far.

I was under the impression that vertical elements were to be applied to the exterior? I don't see mounting points for said features(?).

It's not great, but thinking in the greater context of the projects to come on the site, it makes for a decent looking 4th to 6th floor of a podium for the towers, which look pretty good.
