They are involved in King Toronto after all. Those are their lands it will be built on, as well as their older office improvements on site.
 
The south portion of building is beautiful (though the gray trim would look nicer if it were black), however, the north end looks horrible, with the clunky, gray mullions and spandrel. I'm not sure why that was handled so lazily compared to the rest of the building; which is very fastidious.

Additionally, it is unfortunate that the arches aren't perfectly round/supple, as was depicted in the renderings, but that is a small gripe. The brickwork is really exceptional, nonetheless.
