That website is not active yet, so I'm not certain if the name of the project is now Unzipped, or if that'll just be the pavilion name. We'll know soon enough I guess, but in the meantime, it's pretty cool that we're getting a Serpentine Pavilion here for a while.

Meanwhile, the recently opened (last year) Greek restaurant, that replaced the Starbucks, is closed, with interior demolition of their space now underway in preparation for construction of the sales suite.

That place sucked. Went once and never again. Glad it's gone. Save Pizza Pizza for last. Excited for Sales on this one and anything new coming to King West.

Yes - from my understanding it was approved at Council on July 23 - both the original motion, and the amendment as moved by Joe Cressy were adopted. A number of technical requirements for the developers are included in both the underlying motion, and the amendment - as contained in the Agenda Item minutes.
