Angular planes make me cry.
 
No new renderings are added to the database! There are many updates in the project information. The total unit count has been reduced from 216 units to 197 units. The total parking spaces decreased from 136 parking spaces to 119 parking spaces. Finally, the building height decreased from 31.48m to 29.98m.
 
I shudder to think what this (horizontal) almost monolithic mid-rise would look like in other hands, but with Gairloch at the helm it will likely turn out just great.

I also tip my hat to them again for using metal (wrought-ironish) balcony guards. Classy joint.
 
Great to see this project getting started in very challenging market conditions. I don't think people realize how large this project is.
 
Drove by last week at night time, and it didn't catch my eye of any construction. I might pass by again later this upcoming week and will try to pay attention to this site.
