Can't imagine paying $60,000 per year in maitenance fees alone.
Aura if you want the nicer views/height. but i think Shangri-la has a much better location and it's a more "classy" building.
Shangrila's entry level pricing as well is double that of Aura. I believe this will result in a different mix of people than at Aura.. I believe they will be a wealthier ...

Agree with 1 caveat. Hotel goes up to floor 17. Floors 18 through 20 are somewhat different and therefore will slow construction for a short period. Then floors 20-50 once again follow the same palatte. Then there is again a change at 51 to 64 and the final 2 penthouse floors. However, this should not delay things very much.
I was away for 3 weeks and had not looked at a picture since going and they went up 4 floors in that time frame, so faster than a floor a week.
I must say I am amazed at how large and imposing the base is (as others have mentioned) and how the tower seems to be getting much sleeker already at this phase, so imagine how it will look when up at the 60th level floors.
