It totally did. Right on the tracks. But in subsequent shots you can see it has been moved back off.

The scale model of downtown is not updated at all. It still does not have either CIBC Square tower!
That is all I can say.

Too bad the Don River doesn't connect, this isn't my wheelhouse but I suspect that model is going to have even more flooding issues than the real city!

Not even Aqualuna is there.
The map doesn’t seem connected well. You can see the Moss Park Apartments towers appearing twice!

View of the new river valley from the CN Tower, looks a lot less muddy than during the flooding earlier this week:
*Note: I didn't get a picture, but Billy Bishop still has quite a bit of flooding in its grassy parts, which shows how much having a place for water to go helps the portlands recover from the flooding quickly
