So, in that model, will LTD be that low-rise building immediately north of Malibu or does it include the high rise further north as well?

To me the name of the new phase suggests that LTD will be limited to the smallish low-rise, with a therefore limited number of units, immediately to the north of Malibu.

Slightly OT but...what if they rebuilt gardiner on top of the "wall" of condos facing the waterfront?

Or conversely, built an expressway going through each condo building@+5 floors.

I really cant wait till this series of complexes along Lakeshore is finished. That lower end of Bathurst is a real eye sore... especially embarrassing as it is highly visible to visitors to the city. I know you cant miss it anytime you are going from downton to the CNE or Ontario Place or Caribana etc...
Atleast it looks like they've got some decent plans in the works.
