thats some solid progress... this area is actually starting to have a cohesive feel to it, though it will it have retail and restaurants and bars and perhaps a grocery store? - then it might be called a neighbourhood.

I wonder why it is not shown in the model? Maybe unappealing to potential buyers?

Where is the Gardiner Expy.

It directly beside the buildings in the top right corner and over some of the green.

thats right, it runs parallel to the group of angled buildings north of Malibu. And yes, as a sales strategy you wouldnt want to remind potential buyers that they will be living just a few feet from the expressway.
