More up on site and shot from a distance

M1 is at the same height of PSV from what I see and schedule to become the tallest tower at the end of March until 2023 when M3 pass M1 and M2.

Drove south on Confederation on Friday for the first time in years. I knew the street had densified but I was surprised at how different the street felt. Actually almost felt, dare I say it, urban.

I got a nice view of M1 & M2 and wow. Really just spectacular buildings. They look great! Can't wait to see it finished!

M1 based on what I shot today using elevator numbers, it is at the 56th level.

Will see if I can find a better photo with floor numbers and will post it out of the 100 I shot for both towers.

Depending on time, May have them up tonight.

Sight for the Park looks a larger bigger that is clear now,

Sight for M4 clear and ready to be work on.

M3 will be fully at grade come July.

Can i hope for 80+ floors?
You can hope but you shouldn’t count on it as this developer has been very conservative with all their designs and I doubt very much if they reach even 60 floors for this parcel or the other remaining parcel just south of Avia.

I’d think after Rogers pushed for huge heights the other developers would want to build higher to get as many units in as possible.
