The sign is being moved.

This is the third location for the sign but at least this time they are installing it on top of a metal container so it will be easier to move next time:

I am assuming the M sign has been moved to make way for the construction of M3

While shooting the area on Sunday, noticed they have level the area for the tower as well some some staking for the site. Could be they made the area better for workers to park.

Also came upon a notice for the committee of adjustment schedule March 12, 2020. Looks like the address is 448 Burnhamthorpe Rd W

First time I can recall at this time where the request has been made to increase the floor plate over 900 sq m. It requested to Increase Floor Plate to 920 sq m from max 850 sq m. I support the request to reduce parking and would love to seen this lower. Reduce parking from 1:1 to .85:1, Reduce Visitor parking from.15:1 to .147:1, Reduce restaurant parking to 4.3 per 100 sq m from 16 per 100 sq m

They are removing the excess mountains for earth but they could be. According to the city planner, as of next week, all construction projects will be full steam ahead and I believe that includes M3.
As far as I know, the "Stage 1" of reopening includes reopening all construction. So starting next week, it will be at whoever is responsible for the project's discretion.
